1859 Alte Herberg and Aldevee Cottages are situated on the edge of town and connected to a farm area and horse riding school. They are also next to a reedy river overlooking the Sleeping Beauty mountain range. The establishment consists of an old 1859 Cape longhouse and two self-catering cottages.
The three bed and breakfast rooms are all en-suite and are very tastfully furnished with white bedding. The self-catering cottages also overlook the river and mountains. The Guineafowl Cottage has been built like a fairytale cottage and the Summer Cottage is so cute. The ambiance of the establishment is so unique that it takes you back 150 years. We have been open for business for four years. The old house has been refurbished and renovated inside, without losing the ambiance of last year.
